No Returns Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all potty products and kids’ urinals, including but not limited to training toilets, potty seats, urinal units, and related accessories.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except where required by applicable consumer laws.

Hygiene and Safety

Potty and urinal products are classified as personal hygiene items. To protect all customers, we cannot re‑stock or re‑sell any item that may have been used, handled, or removed from its original hygienic packaging. This policy helps ensure every product you receive is brand new and has never been used by another customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue in line with our obligations under local consumer law and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Please note that this does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of care

  • Minor variations in colour or finish that do not affect function

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or preference once your order has been shipped, due to the hygienic nature of these products.
